Job Description
3. Manage end-to-end payroll processes for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
4. Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, tax laws, and other statutory requirements.
5. Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity within payroll systems.
6. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to address payroll-related queries and discrepancies.
7. Prepare and submit payroll reports to internal stakeholders and external authorities as required.
8. Supervise and support payroll team members, ensuring high performance and adherence to deadlines.
9. Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and implement improvements.
10. Stay updated on changes to payroll laws and regulations relevant to the leisure, travel & tourism industry.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Manager should have:
11. Experience in a stand alone payroll role
12. Dealt with payroll for a headcount of 400 +
13. Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and tax compliance.
14. Experience in accounting and finance-related processes.
15. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
16. Ability to manage a team and meet deadlines effectively.
17. Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
18. Familiarity with the leisure, travel & tourism industry would be an advantage.
