* Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building trust and loyalty
* Develop and implement strategic account plans to align with customer goals
* Identify new revenue streams and cross-sell opportunities across business units
* Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring expectations are met
* Monitor account performance and contribute to pipeline and forecasting insights
