What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting clients with personal care, mobility, dressing, and hygiene
Providing emotional support and companionship
Administering or assisting with medication (training provided)
Preparing meals and helping with light household tasks
Driving clients to appointments or social activities (where needed)
Using digital systems to log visits and report concerns
Ensuring a safe, clean and comfortable home environment
What We’re Looking For:
A naturally caring and compassionate nature
Good communication skills with clients and their families
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential for most roles)
IT literacy – all care notes are logged electronically
Flexibility to work weekdays and alternate weekend
Experience in care is welcome but not essential – your attitude is what matters most
Shift Patterns:
Flexible working hours
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability required (can be on a rota basis)
