Job Overview
To protect our customer's property, people and/or assets by providing security services in direct accordance with the site's published Assignment Instructions (AIs) and any subsequent changes. Deliver results that meet or exceed the Key Performance Indicators / Service Level Agreements for the customer through full responsibility and accountability, providing a service that aids in the retention of the contract. Undertake additional training to ensure continuous self‑development.
Main Duties
* Operations – ensure compliance with all policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and UK law. Complete tasks as defined within AIs. Proactively review AIs and suggest amendments to improve service.
* Attend to licence requirements: front‑line licence in either Security Guarding or Door Supervision, CCTV PSS SIA Licence, and renew licence 16 weeks before expiry.
* Follow instructions and procedures appropriately and work in a systematic, methodical and orderly manner.
Training
* Complete all required competency training.
* Undergo additional training as directed to support continuous self‑development.
* Use technology to achieve key work objectives and develop job knowledge through ongoing professional development.
Security and Health & Safety
* Identify and immediately report any Health & Safety hazards.
* Stay alert to threats and respond to reduce risk of disruption, loss or damage.
* Maintain professional conduct with difficult situations and challenging customers.
* Record incidents in a notebook and contribute to Incident Report process.
* Keep schedules, carry out check calls at allocated times, and call emergency services and Communication Centre for all incidents.

* Previous security experience.
* Valid SIA Licence.
* SC Clearance (preferred).
