About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service—whether over the phone, via email, or in person. This role involves a healthy mix of outbound prospecting and inbound lead management.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
* Manage both outbound and inbound sales activities to generate and convert leads.
* Proactively seek and secure new business opportunities.
* Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Negotiate effectively to achieve the best outcomes for both clients and the company.
* Use CRM/ERP systems to manage leads, opportunities, and client data.
* Prepare and update reports, proposals, and presentations using Excel and other tools.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven sales and negotiation skills.
* Experience in account management or business development.
* Comfortable with targets and KPIs.
* Strong understanding of both outbound and inbound sales processes.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other common software tools.
* Confident using ERP, CRM, and CMS platforms.
* Experience with sales software such as Salesforce, Lead Forensics, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and face-to-face.
* Highly organised, self-motivated, and proactive.
