The Warehouse Operative Role
In this role, you will support the Service Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our Warehouse. Based in Croydon, you will work with colleagues to create an efficient and safe environment. Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing customer stocks for route delivery
* Assisting drivers with loading and unloading vehicles
* Working with drivers and management to prepare customer stocks for delivery
* Completing daily tasks such as packing, sorting, and segregation of mats, rolls, sanitary bins, nappy bins, and other stocks
* Organizing the work area for efficiency and safety
* Meeting customer service expectations
Requirements
* Full UK driving license for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points
* Experience in warehouse or logistics environment
* Organized, self-motivated, reliable
* Clear and confident communication skills
* Ability to use initiative and maintain a positive attitude
* Potential requirement to pass a DBS check depending on role
