Senior Project Manager - Industrial & Logistics Location: Midlands (Birmingham base with UK wide site travel) An opportunity to join a leading UK industrial and logistics real estate platform at an exciting stage of growth, delivering high-quality refurbishment and capital projects across a national portfolio. Following continued expansion, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager to take client-side responsibility for a portfolio of refresh and refurbishment projects, typically ranging from £1m-£10m, across industrial and logistics assets. The Role: Reporting to the Projects Director, you will lead projects end-to-end, working closely with Asset Management and Facilities Management teams and taking full ownership of the project lifecycle - from inception and governance through to delivery and handover. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role requiring strong commercial discipline, stakeholder management and technical credibility in a multi-site environment.
