Role Overview
The heart of the Tradepoint counter, you’ll deal with all kinds of trade members every day. You’ll take ownership of your TradePoint members & get to know them & their business through great conversations meaning you’re in the best position to recommend the right products and services for them.
Responsibilities
* Engage with trade members daily, taking ownership and building relationships through conversations.
* Enjoy helping your trade members get great value for themselves and their clients through promotions and signing up of our trade loyalty scheme.
* Continuously develop your skills through training and by learning from others.
* Pitch in as part of a team and remain flexible to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
* Adjust your approach in different situations and build relationships with customers.
* Have an eye for new business opportunities.
