Employment Partner | Leading Multi-Disciplinary Law Firm | City of London & Remote


This is a strategic opening for an experienced Employment Partner to join a firm that has moved beyond the traditional partnership model to offer a truly integrated professional services platform.

You will lead high level mandates within a tech-forward environment that removes the common administrative and structural barriers found in traditional firms.


The Firm

Founded in 2008 as a pioneer in the first wave of SRA-authorised multi-disciplinary practices, this firm has successfully disrupted the traditional model by integrating Law, Tax, People Consulting, Global Mobility, and Communications. This marks a defining entry point for a Partner to take a leadership role in a firm that is scaling every core discipline. Supported by a proprietary international network spanning approximately 70 countries, you will act as a central member of an established global alliance. This allows you to manage your clients’ domestic and international needs seamlessly, with the resources of a global player and the agility of a boutique partnership.


The Role

As an Employment Partner, you will act as the lead advisor on complex people-related mandates, leveraging the unique advantage of working alongside in-house tax and consulting specialists to provide a holistic service that traditional law firms cannot easily replicate. Your remit will involve leading on premium UK and cross-border employment matters, delivering pragmatic solutions to a sophisticated corporate client base while acting as a strategic extension for global law firms through a dedicated professional services portal.


Beyond standard advisory work, you will collaborate on high-stakes projects, such as the design of international equity-based remuneration and complex long-term incentive plans. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence the firm’s growth within a flat, agile structure that rewards new ideas and prioritises commercial results over rigid bureaucracy.


The Candidate

* An established Employment Lawyer with a proven track record
* Deep experience in employment-related service lines, with the ability to provide clear, to-the-point commercial advice.
* A partner who values the ability to refer their clients to in-house experts in tax or HR to ensure a 360-degree service.
