You'll play a pivotal role delivering tailored property solutions to clients and drive operational excellence.Your new role As the Commercial Property Manager, you'll be the key point of contact for landlords and tenants and will ensure the smooth operation and strategic management of the property portfolios. You'll oversee everything from lease administration and service charge budgeting to compliance and asset enhancement. As part of the role, you will support lease negotiations, rent reviews and property inspections. You will also identify opportunities to improve asset performance and client value. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful for this role, you should have proven experience working in commercial property management and a strong understanding of landlord and tenant legislation and service charge processes.
