Hours: Monday - Friday
Salary: Up to £45,000 per year + overtime

Our client is a specialist manufacturer of precision components for military vehicles, heavy goods vehicles, and other large-scale commercial vehicles. Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate and improve all CNC milling operations in line with production goals
* Develop and optimise CNC milling programmes for quality and efficiency
* Select appropriate tooling and cutting parameters to maximise productivity
* Lead continuous improvement and lean manufacturing projects
* Provide training and mentoring to CNC machinists and operators
* Troubleshoot milling-related issues and implement corrective actions
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and ISO/IATF standards
Qualifications / Key Skills
* Experience in production engineering, specifically within HAAS (or similar) CNC milling environments
* Strong knowledge of CNC programming and CAD/CAM (e.g., EdgeCAM, Fusion 360)
* Ability to analyse tooling and cycle time data to improve throughput
* Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
* Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
* Recognised qualification, apprenticeship, or timeserved experience
