Job Title: Occupational Therapist Grade: Band 5 Location: Southall, Middlesex Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week Rate: Competitive — details to be discussed upon application We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join our NHS client in Southall, Middlesex. This locum opportunity is available for an immediate start on a short-term contract. Key Responsibilities Manage a varied caseload under supervision, delivering occupational therapy interventions to support patient recovery and independence. Conduct assessments of patients’ functional abilities and needs in daily living activities. Develop and implement individualised treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the multidisciplinary team. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting interventions as necessary. Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and service development initiatives. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards.
