 
        
        Operations Manager, Business Travel, West London / Hybrid, up to c£55k doe. A fantastic opportunity to join this well-established and reputable Travel Management Company (TMC) where you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of their operations team based in London.
Operations Manager Responsibilities
 * Provide leadership and development to the team, ensure clear KPI's are set and managed.
 * Carry out performance reviews, appraisals and 1-2-1's for all team members.
 * Attend onsite client meetings with the account managers to understand any operational and service issues that could be improved.
 * Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
 * Contribute towards the annual forecasting and budget process.
 * Continually seek operational efficiencies and opportunities to enhance customer experience and satisfaction
 * Be the point of escalation of for any client issues
Operations Manager Skills Required
 * Previous operations management experience gained in the business travel sector
 * Experience coaching, leading and developing teams.
 * Confident in delivering client presentations and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
 * Experience using GDS and other travel technologies
 * Excellent people management skills
 * Commercially astute
 * A strong communicator
Operations Manager Additional Details
 * A basic salary up to circa £55,000 per annum depending on experience
 * Performance related bonus
 * Hybrid working - typically 3 days in the West London office with the option to work remotely 2 days a week, subject to business needs and may be more office time in the first few months whilst getting up to speed with the company/role and stakeholders.
