Job Duties for the Maintenance Engineer:
The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all production machinery and site services within the manufacturing facility. The role focuses on minimising downtime, improving equipment reliability, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across mechanical and electrical systems.
1. Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on production equipment, including assembly lines, winding machines, cutting machines, and ancillary equipment.
2. Respond promptly to breakdowns, diagnosing faults and implementing effective repairs to minimise production downtime.
3. Record all maintenance activities accurately within the maintenance management system.
