We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team and help deliver outstanding service to our guests. Role Overview As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, bar, and events spaces. You will ensure our guests receive a memorable dining experience while leading a team to maintain the highest standards of service and quality. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate food and beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, and event services. Train, motivate, and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory management, and liaise with suppliers. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and menu coordination. Assist in creating staff schedules and managing costs. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a supervisory role within food and beverage or hospitality. Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including bar management and wine service. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
