Castell Howell Foods is Wales’ leading independent food service wholesaler, servicing the length and breadth of Wales, the Border Counties and the South West of England. We currently have a vacancy for a Cashier based at our Cash & Carry in Carmarthen.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a detail orientated Cashier to join our busy team. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience along with a high level of accuracy to handle cash and card transactions. Duties will include:
1. Receiving customer payments
2. Maintaining customer accounts
3. Organise and collect overdue payments/debtors
4. Discuss overdue accounts/debtors with management
5. Monitor new account credit limits
What we offer:
6. A full-time position working Monday-Friday 08:30-17:30 plus a 1 in 3 week rota of weekends and a 19:30 finish on Monday and Thursday. You will be entitled to a day off the following week.
