Job Description: Talent Management Business Partner, EMEA - Bedford
This role involves working collaboratively with the EMEA CDIT Practice Group Leaders (PGLs) and Business Managers (BMs) to enhance practice group and lawyer performance, aligned with the firm's strategic goals. The candidate will support various HR functions including engagement, team planning, recruitment, mobility, talent reviews, performance management, career development, organizational development, and integration within the EMEA region.
Main responsibilities include:
1. Acting as a Business Partner to understand and support the strategic needs related to people management.
2. Coordinating with Talent Management and Recruitment to deliver engagement plans, team planning, recruitment, mobility, talent reviews, performance evaluations, and career development initiatives.
3. Supporting organizational development and integration efforts, including lateral partner integration.
4. Providing HR advisory support to PGLs on people issues and partnering with leadership to develop HR strategies for EMEA.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or related fields, extensive HR/Talent Management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence senior leaders. Personal qualities include integrity, diligence, good judgment, and relationship-building skills.
