Ensure high-quality finishes on all vehicle repairs
Work efficiently within manufacturer repair times
Handle both full and partial bumper painting as required
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and consistencyRequirements of the Paint Sprayer:
Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer, preferably with bodyshop backgrounds
Skilled in all aspects of vehicle painting, including preparation and polishing
Ability to work efficiently from start to finish on various repair jobs
Excellent attention to detail and a quality-focused approach
Good communication skills to liaise with team members and customers
ATA certification is advantageous but not essential
Multi-tasking ability and reliability are key traits
