Operations Supervisor
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Operations Supervisor.

Responsibilities
* Supervise a team of operatives and drivers.
* Motivate and treat team members fairly and consistently.
* Plan and take action to achieve service level targets.
* Educate the team on business goals and service objectives.
* Ensure team follows safe, secure, and operationally compliant working practices during shifts.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment (desirable).
* Strong time‑management and attention to detail.
* Energetic and enthusiastic disposition.
* Strong customer focus.
* Excellent communication skills.
