We are seeking the best Sales Membership Consultant to join our club teams, providing elite service to members and visiting prospects.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary contact for members, enhancing their experience at every touchpoint, addressing inquiries, and maintaining high standards of administration and support.
2. Create a welcoming atmosphere in the club, from Front of House duties to conducting new Member visits.
3. Take ownership of membership targets, striving for excellence in sales, retention, and growth monthly.
4. Meet activity targets to achieve net growth.
5. Customize membership offerings to meet individual needs and expand corporate memberships locally.
6. Advise on Exercise Experience and Virgin Active products.
7. Support smooth club operations and deliver exceptional customer service.
8. Fulfill Duty Shift responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and leadership in club management.
Experience:
* Experience in a customer-centric, target-driven role is desirable but not essential.
* Strong interpersonal skills to connect with members, prospects, and colleagues.
* Good communication skills.
