A respected and expanding law firm based in Dorset is looking to recruit an experienced Family Solicitor to join its dedicated team. THE ROLE:
: Manage a varied caseload of family law matters from initial client instruction through to successful resolution.
: Provide expert advice across the full spectrum of family law including divorce and separation, child arrangements and parental responsibility issues, cohabitation disputes and agreements and pre:nuptial and post:nuptial agreements.
: Domestic abuse matters and applications for protective injunctions.
: Advocate on behalf of clients in court hearings, negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.
: Support and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and contributing to the department's growth and development.
THE CANDIDATE:
: You will be a qualified Solicitor with approximately 6+ years' PQE as a Family Solicitor.
: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in divorce, finance and private children work.
: Excellent technical ability, communication and client care skills with the ability to demonstrate empathy, professionalism and emotional intelligence.
