Gen2 Training are looking for a Level 3 Business Administrator to join their Quality Team for an immediate start at our Lillyhall Head Office in Workington. Established in 2000, Gen2 is a leading training provider specialising in the Engineering, Nuclear, and Manufacturing sectors. With over 150 employees, we operate across Cumbria and work with more than 300 local and national clients. Gen2 deliver a wide range of programmes, from Level 2 study programmes to Level 6 degree apprenticeships. Many of these are designed in collaboration with employers or in response to government initiatives. Currently, Gen2 supports around 1,450 apprentices and 300 higher education students, and delivers approximately 10,000 delegate days of short course training annually. Key Responsibilities: Assist with exam bookings, including maintaining schedules and spreadsheets. Distribute results for on-demand assessments. Prepare exam packs for invigilators and assessors across all centres. Liaise with assessors and IQAs to collect work for moderation, securely upload materials to the SharePoint moderation site, and update tracking sheets. Handle secure documentation, including retrieving and returning files for moderation. Support End-Point Assessment (EPA) bookings and upload materials to EPA portals Assisting the quality team with daily administrative tasks. Requirements Minimum of Grade C/4 or equivalent in Math and English Excellent IT Skills including experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail Able to work in a fast-paced environment to achieve against tight deadlines Excellent organising ability Confidentiality Strong communication skills Flexible and adaptable High levels of drive and tenacity Promote ‘One Team’ in all aspects of work Personal Qualities Proven ability and confidence to deal with a diverse range of personnel Self-starter, able to manage a variety of projects independently Ability to work on own initiative Patient and shows control in challenging situations Can take ownership for problems and assignment to resolution Is a good team player Working hours Monday-Friday: 8:30am-4:30pm Salary £7.55 per hour Qualifications Minimum of Grade C/4 or equivalent in Math and English Benefits
