Warehouse Manager
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of a busy warehouse environment, ensuring excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and high safety standards.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a modern and well‑equipped operation where you will play a key role in managing warehouse performance, developing staff, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a large warehouse team, including training, development, and performance management
* Ensure the warehouse operates efficiently to deliver a high level of customer service
* Promote and maintain a strong health and safety culture, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
* Work closely with Health & Safety teams to identify and implement operational improvements
* Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse equipment and site infrastructure, including forklifts, racking, shutters, utilities, and other capital equipment
* Coordinate maintenance schedules, repairs, and compliance checks across the site
* Manage workloads effectively to support smooth daily operations
About You
* Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar leadership role within a warehouse or logistics environment
* Strong people management and team leadership skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to work
* Good understanding of warehouse operations, health & safety, and equipment maintenance
* Ability to work collaboratively while also managing your own responsibilities independently
