Whitworth is a practice of Architects and Building Surveyors and recruiting for a surveying administrator.
Please not that the role is for maternity cover from November 2025 to September 2026.
Role involves:
Dealing with survey enquiries via telephone & email
Preparing formal fee quotes
Direct contact with clients, vendors and agents
Researching information re properties, assessing time and cost requirements
Arranging appointments, surveyor diaries, ensuring all the information required is available prior to inspection
Upon completion, collation and issuing of survey reports and preparing invoices
Requires excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Good timekeeping with the ability to manage their own workloads and coordinate other
Good knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £14.00 per hour
