Graduate Learning Support Assistant - SEND/SEMH School - Gainsborough
Are you a graduate who has a passion for supporting children and young people with SEND/SEMH needs? Would you like to support pupils to overcome barriers to learning, ensuring they receive a truly inclusive education? This role is ideal for a graduate looking to gain school-based experience, or an experienced learning support assistant seeking a new opportunity.
Responsibilities
* Support pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
* Work with pupils who have additional needs such as Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, medical needs and more
* Receive excellent support from the school and Aspire People
* Long-term position
* Salary: 95-105 per day
* Work Monday – Friday school hours, term time only
* DBS check required; safeguarding training provided
Requirements
* Degree 2:2 or above, ideally psychology but any subjects considered
* Experience or knowledge of SEN
* Confident and enthusiastic, with a love of learning
* Passionate about education and supporting children with SEN
