The Role
You will manage a mixed caseload of personal injury and clinical negligence matters, including:
* Handling claimant personal injury and clinical negligence claims from inception to conclusion
* Investigating liability and quantum, including instructing and liaising with medical and other expert witnesses
* Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and court documents
* Conducting negotiations and achieving settlements
* Advising clients with sensitivity and clarity throughout the claims process
* Ensuring compliance with relevant procedures, protocols, and time limits
