We currently have a great opportunity for a talented Purchasing Administrator to join our growing team.
The Role
* Raising purchase orders
* Processing GRNs and purchase orders ensuring deliveries are correct
* Working closely with stores department ensuring parts are delivered according to the required schedule
* Monitor and update purchase order status to ensure supply chain reliability
* Produce purchasing reports for senior management
* Other ad hoc duties
Essential Criteria:
* Minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and organisation skills
* Microsoft Excel experience
* Experience in the use of computerised stock control systems such as SAGE, Netsuite etc.
* Experience in the use of ERP/MRP systems
* Proactive and detail orientated
* Willingness to learn and succeed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
