In this fast-paced role, you will manage a high volume of invoices daily, processing them through Invoice Data Capture and Automatic Purchase Order Matching Systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Data Capture Verification
* Processing Purchase Order matching exceptions
* Resolving supplier invoice queries using our in-house intranet system
* Handling internal customer and supplier phone and email queries
* Monthly supplier statement reconciliations

To succeed as a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you should have:
* At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume Purchase Ledger environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Strong team spirit
* Excellent organizational and administrative skills
* Ability to work independently
* Confident communication skills
