The firm is now looking for a Senior Associate or Partner-level solicitor with strong leadership experience to establish and lead a new team in Manchester, while also providing senior support to a junior team based in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity for a Court of Protection solicitor with strong litigation experience in deputyship matters – both pre- and post-settlement – to take the lead on high-value cases and play a pivotal role in the development of the department. You’ll handle matters involving property acquisition and adaptation, investment strategies such as offshore bonds, and coordination with architects and other experts. As the team grows, you will recruit and mentor your own support team, while benefiting from strong internal infrastructure and operational support.
