Overview
This is a newly formed role within an experienced finance and projects team. It is a key role supporting the financial administration of the New Museum Project. The role involves multiple activities, including Accounts Payable, and the successful candidate will help shape its operations over time with opportunities to develop skills due to the wide-ranging nature of the role.
We are looking for a team player who is hands-on and willing to get involved in and improve the day-to-day procedures and processes. The role suits someone from a finance background who has keen attention to detail and the ability to reconcile data from various sources to ensure the project finances are accurate and align with procurement schedules and internal protocols.
Responsibilities
* Support financial administration of the New Museum Project, including Accounts Payable and related activities.
* Assist with reconciling data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy of project finances.
* Align financial activities with procurement schedules and internal protocols.
Qualifications
* Finance background with keen attention to detail.
* Experience in reconciling data from various sources and supporting day-to-day financial procedures.
