I am excited to be partnering with our client in their search for a HR Advisor. This is an ideal role for a HR professional looking for breadth, autonomy and progression. This is a hands-on role where you'll coach and upskill Managers both internally and across their client base. In this role you'll have the opportunity to work on the following: Guiding Managers through ER cases, putting employment law into practice Conducting investigations Leading on absence and performance issues Delivering training to Managers across all areas of HR Advising Managers in relation to organisational change / workforce planning Note taking and advising during HR meetings, producing outcome letters Supporting with the implementation of a variety of HR initiatives and people projects Updating and rolling out HR policies To be considered for this role it is essential that you have a strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and can demonstrate credibility and professionalism.
