The role
Role
* Supporting project managers across large, complex programmes
* Embedded within a client team, acting as a trusted administrative backbone
* Moving between projects, picking up new tasks and taking on new challenges
What you’ll be doing
* Delivering structured, responsive administrative support in a complex environment with shifting priorities
* Scheduling meetings, managing diaries, coordinating actions and owning documentation
* Producing reports, presentations and project documentation
* Supporting project managers with day‑to‑day delivery and problem solving
* Contributing to client meetings and project reviews
* Spotting issues early and helping identify practical solutions
* Communicating clearly and professionally with colleagues and clients

Essential Experience
* Demonstrable administrative or clerical experience in a structured or complex environment
* Solid organisational, communication and presentation skills
* Demonstrated experience managing competing priorities and working with multiple stakeholders
* A solutions‑focused mindset and attention to detail
Desirable
* A‑Level or degree qualification
* Experience working with or supporting clients
* Effective interpersonal and influencing skills
* Government or defence experience
Due to the nature of the work that Frazer‑Nash Consultancy undertake, candidates will be required to undergo pre‑employment screening and must be able to satisfy clearance criteria for UK National Security Vetting.
