Role overview:
As a Graduate Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in helping organisations maximise their use of Microsoft 365. You’ll work with enterprise clients to design smart solutions, support digital change initiatives, and create engaging communications to help employees adopt new tools confidently. This is a Manchester-based graduate role starting in September 2025.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and gather business requirements.
2. Support the rollout of Microsoft 365 tools like Teams, SharePoint, Viva, and Copilot.
3. Assist in designing and delivering tailored solutions that enhance collaboration and productivity.
4. Create engaging communication campaigns and training materials to support user adoption.
5. Apply change management approaches (e.g., ADKAR) to guide people through transitions.
6. Stay updated on the latest Microsoft 365 features, tools, and trends.
7. Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and consultants.
About the candidate:
1. A 2:1 degree—this could be in business, IT, computer science, communications, marketing, or a creative subject.
2. A strong interest in technology and how it can improve the way people work.
3. Clear and confident communication skills—written, visual, and verbal.
4. A creative thinker who enjoys solving problems and considering the user’s perspective.
5. A collaborative, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
6. Experience in tech, consultancy, change management, communications, or design is a bonus.
