What you’ll be doing:
* Backing up the General Manager to keep everything running smoothly day to day
* Leading the team on the ground, setting the tone and bringing the energy
* Coaching and developing staff so everyone raises their game
* Owning your shifts and making sharp decisions when it counts
* Keeping standards high across service, safety, and the overall experience
* Keeping a close eye on the numbers, from daily KPIs to weekly performance
* Managing stock, controlling costs, and spotting where we can be smarter
* Helping drive performance and pushing the business forward
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality or leisure
* A natural leader who people listen to and want to work with
* Someone who stays calm when it’s busy and thrives in the action
* Comfortable with the numbers side of the job, not just the floor
* Big on customer experience, the kind that people remember
* Organised, switched on, and across the detail without losing the bigger picture
