Nexa SecureIT is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Field Engineer to join our team.
If you’ve worked in an MSP environment and enjoy variety, from on‑site installations and Microsoft 365 projects to tackling break‑fix calls and supporting customers through service desk tickets, this role offers the perfect mix of hands‑on technical work and client interaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Delivering on‑site and remote support for our managed clients
* Rolling out Microsoft 365 and Azure migrations and projects
* Installing, configuring, and maintaining network and endpoint hardware
* Assisting with Cyber Essentials and security deployments
* Handling break‑fix, connectivity, and hardware replacement visits
* Contributing to the service desk when required to keep ticket queues clear
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
* Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure AD
* Good grasp of networking (VLANs, switches, routers, firewalls)
* Confident communicating with customers on‑site and remotely
* Full UK driving licence
