* Starting salary between £33,000 and £34,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience

Duties of a MOT Technician
* Carrying out MOT tests on customer vehicles in accordance with Ministry standards
* Diagnosing faults and performing repairs and servicing as requiredli>
* Providing support to the workshop team with various technical and customer‑related tasks
* Occasionally assisting at the front reception with customer enquiries
* Producing high‑quality workmanship within set timeframes of a MOT Technician
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and workshop procedures
Requirements
* Valid and active MOT licence
* Proven experience as an MOT Technician
* UK driving licence with minimal points
* Strong mechanical knowledge of various vehicle makes and models
* Ability to deliver precise, high‑quality work under time constraints
* Friendly and approachable manner, with good communication skills
* Team‑oriented attitude and commitment to workshop efficiency
* Reliable, detail‑oriented, and dedicated to customer service excellence
