Administrator – Cleaning Services (Shopping Centre)
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our team supporting the cleaning operation of a large shopping centre. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
* Tracking staff absence and holiday records
* Ordering cleaning materials, consumables, and uniforms
* Maintaining and updating Health & Safety documentation and compliance records
* Coordinating training, keeping accurate records of completion and renewals
* Providing general administrative support to the management team
Skills & Experience:
* Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience in payroll and record-keeping
* Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience in facilities, cleaning, or a related industry is desirable but not essential
