Industrial Trainer\n\n£35,000 starting salary – rising to £37,500 upon completion of training\nMonday to Thursday | 10-hour shifts\n\nThe Role\nWe are seeking a passionate and confident Industrial Trainer to join our clients expanding team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in industrial safety or confined space work who is ready to step into a rewarding, people-focused training environment.\n\nWorking remotely with the support of a mobile training van, you will deliver engaging, technical training sessions in subjects including:\n\n * Confined Spaces (In-house and City & Guilds-accredited)\n\n * Respiratory Protective Equipment\n\n * Gas Detection\n\n * First Aid, Manual Handling, Fire Safety, and more\n\nTraining will take place at both customer sites and at our dedicated facilities. Travel is a regular part of the role, with all expenses covered for any overnight stays.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Deliver accredited and in-house training across a range of safety-critical subjects\n\n * Conduct assessments and practical exercises in line with awarding body requirements\n\n * Handle administrative tasks and digital record keeping\n\n * Work collaboratively with the training coordination team to ensure high standards and seamless delivery\n\nRequirements\n\n * Experience in confined space or site-based safety work (preferred)\n\n * TQUK Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (or willingness to gain it)\n\n * Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or willingness to gain it)\n\n * NEBOSH General Certificate (desirable)\n\n * Confident communicator with excellent people skills\n\n * Self-motivated and comfortable working independently\n\n * Willingness to travel regularly\n\n * Full UK driving licence (C1 Licence desirable)\n\nWhat You’ll Get in Return\n\n * £35,000 starting salary, rising to £37,500 after completing a 3-month structured training program\n\n * Monday to Thursday schedule (3-day weekends!)\n\n * Company pension\n\n * Additional leave for length of service\n\n * Cycle to Work and Tech schemes\n\n * Free parking and use of fully equipped mobile training van\n\n * Supportive working environment with training and career development opportunities\n\n * Company events and team culture built on positive values\n\nWho You’ll Work With\nYou’ll be joining a growing team of experienced trainers—many of whom come from emergency services backgrounds.
