Are you highly organised with a strong eye for detail and a passion for working with data? Would you like to develop your expertise within an innovative and fast-paced environment?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation and make a meaningful contribution over a six-month period.

To be successful in this role, you will need advanced Excel skills and a meticulous approach to data management.

Please note, this is a full-time, temporary position paid weekly via PAYE and requires an immediate start. Unfortunately, candidates with lengthy notice periods cannot be considered.

Temporary Data Administrator Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

1. Liaising with internal teams to streamline data processes and ensure ongoing accuracy

2. Carrying out detailed reviews to maintain data integrity

3. Extracting and analysing data to validate processes

4. Organising and managing large datasets in Excel, including the use of macros

5. Collating information from multiple internal and external sources

6. Supporting the wider team in meeting strict SLAs by efficiently managing data backlogs

7. Competitive hourly rate of £15.93 plus holiday pay, paid weekly

Temporary Data Administrator Experience Essentials

10. Proven administrative experience with a strong focus on data handling

11. Experience working within a GMP-regulated environment

12. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

13. Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting

14. Comfortable managing large datasets with a high level of accuracy

15. Previous experience supporting quality assurance or compliance functions

16. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work independently
