As Head of Housing, you'll play a vital leadership role in delivering that vision for over 1,000 people across London and the South-East.\n\nThis role isn't just about overseeing a function. It's about leading safe, person-centred housing services that meet the needs of diverse communities within a specialist and highly regulated environment.
You'll shape and strengthen a high-performing housing team, ensuring the people we support have a secure home and the opportunity to thrive.\n\nYour impact will include:\n\nProviding hands-on leadership to a dispersed housing team managing over 1,500 units\nEnsuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory housing requirements\nEnsuring service quality and safety across supported and unsupported housing\nLeading operational delivery of income collection (c. £25m), tenancy management, voids, ASB, disrepair and safeguarding\nStrengthening relationships across internal teams and external housing stakeholders\nWorking collaboratively with colleagues in repairs, maintenance and compliance\nActing as a trusted source of housing expertise across the organisation\nDriving improvement through high-quality performance reporting, coaching and cultural leadership\nLeading on ensuring all Housing Policies and Procedures are up to date and comply with statutory regulations\nChampioning excellent customer experience in environments where individuals may have vulnerable needs, requiring a compassionate and adaptable approachWe're looking for an experienced housing professional with a strong track record in supported housing environments.
