Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) to join its client’s Older Adults Team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assessing, planning, and delivering mental health services to older adults, ensuring their well-being and promoting their independence.
What will your responsibilities be?
* To manage a caseload of complex mental health clients within the older adult service,
* Providing health and social care interventions. This will include commissioning care packages,
* Safeguarding investigations and monitoring mental state for relapse and recovery.
* The role also requires the candidate to be on the Central AMHP team rota providing assessment and co-ordination under the Mental Health Act.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK driving licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
