An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to work in an exceptional care home located in Westbury, Wiltshire. This role is with one of the UK's leading healthcare providers.
The care home offers various types of care, including residential, nursing, and dementia care, supporting residents with daily tasks.
Requirements: To be considered, you must be a qualified RGN with an active NMC Pin.
Key Duties:
1. Lead a team of care staff to deliver outstanding care.
2. Develop comprehensive care plans and detailed risk assessments, understanding regulatory requirements.
3. Maintain accurate documentation and resident records, utilizing modern technology.
4. Oversee medication management in compliance with policies and legislation.
5. Make timely and informed decisions.
6. Apply clinical skills to guide and support team members.
7. Support, mentor, and teach staff in line with the NMC Code and its guidance.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
* Leadership ability within a care team.
* Passion for delivering excellent care and supporting residents and families.
* Strong team player with effective communication skills.
* Knowledge of CI/CQQ/RQIA National Care Standards.
* Understanding of relevant legislation.
* Ability to deliver clinical nursing care.
