Associate Director specialising in social impact In this exciting and newly created opportunity you will join our Social Outcomes Equity and Health Team, a rapidly evolving and growing portfolio of solutions and services delivered across a range of sectors. As an Associate Director you will play a critical role in social impact: social value, socio-economics, equity, ESG (social pillar), and impact analysis within major infrastructure and development projects, placing people at the heart of decision-making. Helping create inclusive, equitable solutions that will improve lives and communities for generations to come your remit will include; * Development and delivery of advanced methodologies to assess and enhance social outcomes. * Foster a culture of partnership with all stakeholders (including C-suite) to ensure social transformation is embedded into strategic planning and delivery. * Lead and inspire colleagues, peers and teams, developing an inclusive culture that champions innovation and excellence. * Be a key contributor to strategic planning, delivery and thought leadership facilitating growth of both capability footprint and portfolio of solutions. * Project Manage delivery of complex, high-impact projects * Ensure business development, bid no bid and contract wins are fully supported and in line with overarching business strategies.
