Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will be based out of our UK location and work on our Physical Access solutions for the likes of Eurostar across both our Product Engineering and Innovation groups.
How you’ll make an impact:
* Drive the product roadmap and strategy for your products, bridging deep technical understanding with customer needs, regulatory requirements and market opportunities.
* Ensure our product is seamless, intuitive, and designed around market needs whilst meeting stringent security standards.
* Oversee the development and maintenance of a scalable, robust, and secure product architecture.
* Deliver a considered and actionable go-to-market strategy to ensure success
* Analyse product performance, market trends, and customer insights to continuously refine product offerings.
* Line manage a more junior product manager and support their development to grow the next generation of product leadership
We tend to look for people with:
* A proven track record of successfully launching B2B technical products, ideally within a security-sensitive field.
* Experience managing multiple products in different lifecycle stages
* Technical fluency with deep expertise in software development methodologies, cloud architectures, and relevant technology stacks.
* A passion for designing solutions that solve real-world problems and enhance user experience.
* The ability to inspire technical teams, drive cross-functional alignment, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
