Food Republic is seeking a capable Sales Customer Service Representative to work closely with our Sales team based in Battersea.

About the Role
Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, Food Republic is looking for a personable Sales Operations Administrator to support the Sales Team in managing incoming phone calls, responding to customer queries, and ensuring the smooth-running of the day-to-day operations. Full training will be provided to cover the core responsibilities of the role. The key responsibilities of a Sales Operations Administrator include, but are not limited to:
* Working cross-functionally with other departments to address and resolve customer queries and issues and communicating with the customers.
* Supporting the Orders Administrator with customer orders via phone and email, and ensuring these are inputted accurately onto Microsoft Dynamics 365.
* Working closely with the Accounts Managers to identify opportunities to bolster existing customer accounts.
* Clearly and effectively communicating to the relevant departments when dealing with collections, returns, or recalls, as per the company’s policies and procedures.
* Keeping abreast of any significant fluctuations in customer usages that could affect stock levels and communicating this to the Stock department.
* Weekly Administrative Tasks – Keeping spreadsheets and digital tools up-to-date.
* Usingmultiple platforms to update customers’ data.
* Supporting, within reason, any other needs of the Sales Team as required.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a solid customer service/ administration background in the food industry or knowledge of supply chain or sales operations procedures. You must be able to reliably commute to Battersea, London. Key qualifications and skills as a Sales Admin will include:
* Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy whilst working under pressure
* A people person with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* A team player with a strong sense of initiative
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel (knowledge of Dynamics 365 is advantageous)
* Knowledge of pricing, sales margins and profitability (advantageous)
* GCSE Maths and English (A- C) or equivalent* (A-Level preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent (Approx. 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, potentially weekend availability)
Pay: £26,000-£30,000 per year (DOE + up to £3k performance bonus)
