PMO Analyst Folkestone (Hybrid) - £375p/d (Inside of IR35)
Leading Travel Client now requires a Programme Support Analyst (PMO) to support a major transformation programme.
The Programme Support Analyst (PMO) will play a central role in ensuring smooth governance, reporting, and coordination across multiple workstreams in a complex, multi-vendor environment.
The Programme Support Analyst (PSO) will be responsible for:
1. Maintaining programme-level governance frameworks and ensuring compliance with group best practices.
2. Supporting the Programme Director with integrated planning, milestone tracking, and dependency management.
3. Managing RAID logs, change control processes, and action trackers.
4. Producing steering committee reports, dashboards, and communication materials.
5. Coordinating between delivery teams, business units, and third-party vendors.
6. Monitoring quality standards, maintaining documentation, and supporting audits or assurance reviews.
The ideal Programme Support Analyst will have:
* Proven experience as a Programme Support or Management Analyst on large-scale transformation or IT programmes.
* Strong background working with large customer-facing clients.
* Strong understanding of governance, risk, issue management, and stakeholder engagement.
* Experience working in complex, multi-vendor settings.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Rate: £375p/d (Inside of IR35)
Location: Folkestone (1-2 days a week) + occasional travel to Coquelles (France)
Duration: 3 Months (Rolling)
