We are currently seeking an Accounts Administrator to join a well-established construction business on a 6-week temporary assignment.
Working closely with the Office Manager, you will be responsible for checking invoices against work records using an in-house system. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, a methodical approach, and a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Verifying supplier invoices against completed works
* Inputting and reviewing data in the internal system
* Supporting the Office Manager with general administrative tasks
* Ensuring all financial documentation is accurate and up-to-date
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar accounts/admin role
* Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Immediate availability is essential
