The Vacancy
Architect
We are looking for an experienced Architect to join our London studio. We seek a highly skilled professional with specific experience in Advanced Technologies and Data Centres to support ongoing projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for the design and technical delivery of both concept and detailed work on projects across the UK and internationally.
The successful candidate will need to manage their time efficiently, deliver project work in an organized manner, and pay meticulous attention to detail. We value teamwork and are looking for someone who can collaborate effectively, bringing a flexible and open approach to problem-solving.
* Revit is essential, along with a high level of CAD skill.
* Excellent knowledge of NBS Chorus specification systems.
* Highly computer literate.
* Skilled in verbal and visual presentation, using software and hand drawing skills.
* Working knowledge of UK Building Systems, Regulations, and construction types.
* Understanding of town planning procedures.
Your qualifications and experience
* RIBA, ARB, or equivalent registered Architect with experience working within UK Building Regulations.
* Experienced project runner.
* Experience working directly with clients, contractors, and design teams.
* Experience in working within advanced technologies/data centres is essential.
