Overview
As Returns Administrator you are required to manage all first line enquiries for the returns department. This includes the receipt, logging and investigation of any returns.
You will be required to work alongside the Returns Manager investigating and reporting on the departmental KPI's
You will also be responsible for managing the logistics of all products returned and liaising with the relevant departments to ensure the correct returns process is followed. You will be tasked with inputting all the instructions for SRTO's you raise.
Once the RMA has been processed you are responsible for the coordinating allocation of stock, this is either returning the item to the correct location or handing the product over to the relevant department along with the relevant documentation.
Duties
* Manage all first line returns
* Accurate receipt of all returns
* First line returns person
* Timely and accurate processing of all customers returns
* Raise all RMA's and log reasons for all returns.
* Ensure stock is returned to the relevant location in the warehouse.
* Work alongside the Returns Manager to anticipate and plan for any problems providing solutions
* Ensure all returns comply with the company terms and conditions.
Requirements
* Previous office experience is essential; administrative experience is highly desirable.
* Proficient computer skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of work.
