Operations Director – Midlands & Yorkshire – Education £80k - £90k
My client is looking to add an innovative, resourceful, resilient & creative Operations Director to their team. We are looking for someone who has plenty of energy, charisma and isn't afraid to get involved with the team.
You will be responsible for a portfolio of Education contracts with multiple direct reports. This will suit someone with a background in Contract Catering, ideally within state education or B&I. Your career experience will have given you a sound understanding of Contract Catering senior management and an ability to take a step back to understand the bigger picture. A savvy & financially astute operator who can appreciate what it takes to be in a client facing role will suit this position.
It is imperative that the experience you bring to this role is of a senior level within Contract Catering and has focused on a significant volume of contracts with the fundamental understanding around the complexities that this brings.
The Successful Candidate:
* Experience at a senior level within public sector Contract Catering is a MUST
* Passion for food and customer service
* Excellent business acumen
* Motivator of staff with excellent client relationships
* Excellent man management skills
* Financially astute
* IT literate
* Looking for bags of personality and charisma
* Senior multisite experience within Contract Catering
* Innovative & creative in your approach
